Thank you for visiting and shopping at Truelivity (truelivity.com). The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within [1 to 3] business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or Indian public holidays.

Because we source our health and wellness products directly from specialized suppliers to give you the best quality and value, processing times are separate from shipping times. If we are experiencing an unusually high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to extreme weather, regional disruptions, or carrier delays.

3. Serviceable Areas & PIN Codes

We ship to almost all major PIN codes across India. However, delivery to certain remote or rural areas may take longer or may not be serviceable by our primary courier partners. If your shipping address falls in a non-serviceable PIN code, our support team will contact you immediately to either find an alternative shipping method or process a full refund.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will typically become active within [24 to 48] hours. You can track your order directly on our website or via the carrier's portal.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Truelivity is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, duties, etc.).

6. Damages and Lost Packages

Your health and wellness journey is important to us. While we ensure our suppliers package items securely, issues in transit can happen.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within [48 hours] of delivery at [support@truelivity.com] with clear photos of the damaged product and the packaging. We will work with you to arrange a replacement or issue a refund. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods until the issue is resolved.

7. Incorrect Shipping Addresses

We are not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incomplete or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout. Please double-check your shipping address and phone number before placing your order.
